Unauthorized payment? Account hacked?

I'm wasn't sure why my money disappeared from my Paypal, so I checked my transactions, and found this.

Anyone else have this problem, and know how to fix it? It was 7.50 EUR, but in USD 9$. How would I get my money back? Or does Paypal not help with unauthorized transactions.

For those who'd like to know, it was Friends & Family.

I'm disappointed that I lost my money to be honest, I really need help. If you can it'd be amazing, seriously!

Have you actually clicked on the transaction and reported it as unauthorsed yet then?
