I got an email about a $1000 purchase that is awaiting authorization that I didn't make. Paypal won't let me report it in the resolution center (I get an error message). I called customer services multiple times and each time they go through the questions and say "we cannot help you at this time" and keep redirecting me back to the resolution center.
I have changed my password, security authorizations, and removed my linked payment accounts. How do I report this?
