Unauthorized debits from my bank account

I received 3 unauthorized transactions on my bank account. The bank account is linked with Paypal but the transactions were NOT from MY Paypal account. Whoever took my money, however, is using Paypal. How do I contact Paypal to punish this person and to get back my money?

The most recent transaction is from yesterday, 11/24, and is still pending. So I hurried over to my bank and the rep told me they can't touch pending transactions, and that I should probably talk to Paypal first.

The first was for $2.99, the second for $2.00, and then the pending one is for $124.99.

The three transactions are each linked by the keywords Funds Transfer, Paypal, Artstation, and Nicole. I have the 6-digit transaction codes but will not post them here.

Directions appreciated! Thanks.

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

If that is not the case then contact customer services AND your card issuer to query the transactions.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
