Unauthorized charges

I checked my bank account and then PayPal account and noticed 2 charges that I didn't authorize. The activity just says pending and doesn't have a vendor. I have attempted to contact PayPal and ask them, but I haven't heard anything. Has anybody else ever had this issue?

If they stay pending then they would time out at 30 days.

If they complete then open a dispute in the resolution centre for that transaction by clicking on it and using the report a problem option on that details page.

Make sure you open the correct dispute as its x1 dispute per transaction.
