I found an unauthorized charge on my acct. To someone I have no idea who they are. The email address is ****@bk.ru I'm guessing China/Russia? I disputed it through PayPal, they came back and closed the case saying they found it was authorized... How can they tell what's authorized and what's not, its my acct. I contacted my bank, closed that acct through the bank, canceled my debit card etc... And looked today, and that charge hit my acct, causing me to be a negative in my acct. Now the bank said to avoid an overdraft charge, I have to transfer the money to that acct. And once it clears, I can dispute through the bank. I've tried calling PayPal, only for the recording to say "we can't handle your inquiry over the Phone" and hang up. I've tried messaging them, but that's obviously a robot or pre recorded crap. And I can't file another dispute with PayPal, because I already filed one...so basically, whom ever this person is, I'm just supposed to give them my money? And be OK with it? What else can I do. I can't dispute it with my bank until it clears, but that could take a while to as they do a provisional credit etc... PayPal has lost me. I'm closing my acct
