How do I report an unauthorized charge from Paypal that appears in my most recent bank statement but that does not appear on my Paypal account? I tried to report this to Paypal, but since the transaction does not appeal on my Paypal account, there was no way I could report this unauthorized charge.
Report it to your bank or card issuer since the charge appears there and not in your PayPal account. PayPal in this case is simply the payment processor for the merchant who put the charge on your account.
