I made a claim against an unauthorized ebay transaction after my account was hacked. Ebay confirmed my account was hacked and said they are removing the fraudulent purchase but advised to make a dispute with PayPal but PayPal have denied the claim. I have a copy of the conversation with ebay confirming it was an unauthorized transaction, how do I dispute PayPal's decision
