Could they be partial or split payments from two different funding sources (PayPal balance main funding source and debit card or bank account as back up funding source for the difference, for example) combined to pay for one or more individual transactions? Log onto your PayPal account, to the Activity page, click on transactions and refer to the “Paid by” section. Or do you recall interacting with any software or game trials recently? Also review email receipts from around that date as bank payments have a tendency to post at a later date.
