I filed an unauthorized transaction charge with PayPal earlier today, due to the fact that someone I had sent money to before on PayPal accessed my account and transferred funds from my bank through PayPal to their PayPal. Earlier I received a notice from PayPal that they found no unauthorized use due to the fact I had sent money to them before. However, they used their phone to access my account and transfer the funds. I am in desperate need of help because without the money in my bank, I will now overdraft due to a rent payment that never posted to my bank due to the holiday. I've messaged PayPal but have yet to hear back from them. What are my other options??
