Unauthorized Transactions

I have two unauthorized transactions on my account to WISH that I did NOT place! Someone has fraudulently used my account. I reported the incident right away because I immediately received an email about my “purchases”. When I went to file a claim thru the resolution center, they said “unable to complete your request. We cannot file a dispute on this transaction.” <removed> do I do?
