Starting at 6:41am this morning my Zoom email address was changed (I NEVER requested an email change) and two unauthorized transactions were made via Zoom totaling $239.42. I submitted a claim in the resolution center and it was denied. However, my account was hacked and I NEVER authorized these transactions. What else can I do to prove to Paypal that these are fraudulent claims?
