I have faced 2 unauthorized transactions in my Paypal account yesterday night without my concern one of them was $50 and the other one was $100, I want to cancel both the transactions and want a full refund of these 2 transactions.
One of these transactions are showing under pending transactions and I can't open a case/ticket against it, How can I report these kind of fraud transaction?
