( Precautionary move on purchasing with Pay Pal )
I reported my problem with the PayPal service; I started a payment transaction with the vendor on Pay-Pal but decided to back out because of an additional offer they threw in just prier to my final option of proceeding with payment. The additional offer made me question what I was really purchasing initially. I did not proceed with the make payment option.
Later that day I was notified of my purchase and confirmation of purchase was sent to me.
Case Resolution : Decided in seller's favor
I will stay with the Purchase as it stands at this time but it should not have gone through without my final OK.
