Unauthorized Payments

Hello,

 

Someone is issuing nordstrom gift cards from my account and the resolution center wont let me dispute them. Any idea what i can do?

Go straight to the ombudsman and contact the police and let them know what PayPal said and what they are not allowing you to do. This is fraud and PayPal should be protecting you from this.
