My Account at Pay Pal recently showed a charge of 1 Euro $1.25 US for something I have no clue what it is from China. I then received this tiny tiny plastic something the size of a head of a pin. I told Pay Pal I NEVER ordered this...they investigated and said I did order it as it shows somehow I did...case closed. They refuse to look into this or give me an explanation. Someone from China used my pay pal account to order this. I since cancelled the Credit Card so no other charges could be made.
Has anyone heard of this?
