Unauthorized Charge

A Russian lady stole $277 from my account me the website the money came off of told me the user was band for fraudulent activity and removed the false account that was made with my name. I filed a report with my bank and a local police report. I also sent the emails of the selling platform notifying me the Russian lady was removed for fraud but Paypal denied my claim for unauthorized charge. If it were a small amount it wouldn’t be soo bad but she stole $277 from me. How do I escalate this to someone who will listen. Customer service has been absolutely useless, all they want to do is get you off the phone.
