Unauthorized Charge

The other day the hacked my PayPal account. Before doing the charge, they changed my phone information, e-mail account and address. After doing so they were able to charge through booking.com a 236 € reservation. They also tried to use some credit cards, but the bank security blocked them. When I recover the account I saw the charge and the account recent activity. I asked to the resolution center, called to the representatives, asked information about the transaction but even with all the evidence that my account was hacked, PayPal denied to reimburse the charge. How can I do to reopen the case? Thanks in advance

Please contact customer service and ask for a review of the case:

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
