I had two unauthorized charges to my Paypal account, one for over $2000, and I went thru the steps to report it. In the end I get referred to the Unauthorized Transactions page, and it won't come up for over a week now! AND, I went thru your automated phone system and apparently you won't take the report over the phone either! What am I supposed to do?
