My account was got hack on july 1 around 2am sent a payment of $630 to a Russian(i think its russain) , i haven't slept, but nothing i can do to stop the payment. so i can only open a case and i called paypal next day, they have the file as well. they told me call the bank to stop the payment which i did. today i got the email saying that denied my case because this transaction was not unauthorized. i tried to disputed the case and it won't allow me because its closed, i have been hold on the phone for an hour. what else i can do to get my money back. it doesn't seem paypal is very helpful at all.
