Unauthorised

A payment came up on my account that I did not authorised. I summited a claim with PayPal and they’ve came back to tell me it was authorised and I won’t receive a claim. What should I do next

Nothing you can do via paypal but if your unauthorised transaction was funded via a bank or card then talk to your bank or card issuer and see if they can help you.
