Unauthorised transfer...

I recently lost my bank card and yesterday I received an email saying that I had transferred all of the funds in my PayPal to the lost card. I wasn't anywhere near my Phone at the time the transfer haPPened. I have called PayPal and taken all those stePs but how long does it usually take to hear back from them? And is there a way to get in touch with a real person at PayPal?

I recommend giving our customer service a call who can explain the process and time frames or they can transfer you to the relevant teams for further assistance.
