Hi all, I have just received multiple emails with unauthorised transactions. The hacker I presumed had transferred about 100 dollars from my account. After checking another email, I found that my account was forcibly closed with no transaction history. I could not report this issue in the resolution center. I still have the transaction IDs of the unauthorised transactions. Please help me..
I'm sorry to hear you've run into unrecognized activity on your account. Normally, you can report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account through our Resolution Center. Since it sounds like you're unable to access your account, I'd recommend contacting your card or bank to research what options you have to report that transaction as unauthorized.
