Unauthorised transaction

Hi. 

There was an unauthorised transaction on my account on April 14 worth GBP39.99 and the money went from my PayPal Balance. When I went to the Resolution Centre, I discovered there was already a case open - PayPal had done it automatically. 

Three days down the line, I still do not have the money back. The Resolution Centre status says "under review" and it also says the latest update is "email received from seller."

Meanwhile, I contacted the seller from the eBay, who has since said the money has been refunded.

Where is the money now?

Is PayPal holding it pending their own investigations?

I have bo clue what is going on. 

Can anyone throw some light on this issue?
