Please help me, someone used my paypal details to make two purchases from pretty little things. Their receipt was emailed to me . I reported to PayPal and they said no fraud, I appealed and they said no fraud again, however I have a crime reference number from the police, and the agent at PayPal went through all the activity on my account and we found unknown lodgings an hour before these transactions were made. Iv since changed my passwords, I do not recognise the name or address of the fraudster but it’s been handed to the police but in the mean time, PayPal are not supporting me or helping me with this,
