Unauthorised transaction

I did not add any new email address to my PayPal account and how can your side just approved this email address as my primary email and resulting an amount of $310.98 being deducted from my paypal account. My account is being hacked for the first time, I hope ur side can look into the matter and refund this big amount back to me.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized activity! If you still have access to be able to log in to the account, please open an investigation by following these steps. If you cannot log in to the account because the fraudster has changed the password, please call PayPal by phone for the fastest response. You can get the number to call by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then click to call as a guest.
