Hi, I am a database analyst, my buyer has some problem with his database....he told me to solve it and I solved it, then he paid me for that, but I don't know why he complained about me.....He reported to paypal that the transaction was unauthorised.... I sent all proofs to paypal....that I completed my work...still the paypal did't agree my request and the case was closed and my balance is negative now....can someone pls help me?
