Unauthorised transaction, please help

Hey, i don't know what to do right now. On 30th April, someone made an unauthorised transaction of 100 dollars through my account because my debit card was linked to my paypal account. I tried contacting paypals support by email but they just sent me back an automated email saying they closed the case because they deemed that the transaction was 'authorised' even thought it wasn't. I tried contacting paypal through twitter but they just sent me a response saying they'd ask a 'specialist' to check things out but i haven't heard from them again. My bank can't do anything since this was through paypal and asked me to contact their support but paypals support doesn't really help me. I needed that money to pay my rent too, is there someone here that could help me or tell me what to do?
