Unauthorised payment

Help please! 

Received an email to say that we had a payment pending for a large company.  Log into paypal independantly of the email to ensure it wasnt a hoax.  My paypal account shows the payment is pending but when I try to dispute it i get an error saying that the payment type cannot be disputed.  Help please!

You can't dispute a pending transaction as the company has not been paid yet.

You need to contact the company and ask them to cancel any order and then the pending status should time out then OR after 30 days.
