Unauthorised payment

How do I log an attempt at unauthorised payments ? Can’t highlight the transaction as it’s not been authorised yet ?????

If its pending then it will time out at 30 days.

If it was funded from your bank account or card then contact them and see if they can re-call it.

If it completes you would then be able to open a dispute.
