A payment was taken from my account yesterday, and it states it’s from eBay, the returns shipping label department to be precise. The item description is Return shipping for Ladies Women Triathlon Suit Padded Tri Swimming Yoga Cycling Running Fit Suit!
Having never sold anything to that name, nor ever purchased anything, I know this is nothing to do with me. I telephoned eBay, and they confirmed they haven’t requested that payment. They put me though to the specialist team and the eBay returns department and they too have confirmed it wasn’t from them. They suggested I call PayPal to get them to trace the payment. I’ve done this, describes my situation, and Put in a dispute. It’s come back a few hours later as denied, as it was authorised. That’s incorrect. What can I do?
