Hi, I would like to ask for help or advice on the following issue. On 17/03/2020 I set it up to my PayPal account and I bought three items ( car parts ) worth around £ 35. After the transaction has been made I deleted my account. On 16/04/2020 I've received a text message on my phone saying, suspicious activity has been detected on my account. I didn't open the link they sent but on 20/04/2020 four transactions has been made from my bank account and another eight on 21/04/2020. All these payments were unauthorised payments, worth £ 340. I open a new PayPal account last week and I tried all options to contact the Help centre, I wrote three emails but no result. The system sends an automatically generated email and this is. Unfortunately, I can't track these transactions due to the fact that I deleted the previous account. Any suggestion or advice will be much appreciated.
