Unauthorised payment. 1 week later still not getting anywhere

Hi again!

So I have an Unauthorised payment gone from my Bank account & now I owe paypal the money I cancelled the payment on the 8th of Oct to inactive but it went out on the 11th. I've tried to use the resolution centre. Got nowhere not even an email. If i try go back into the "case" it just brings me back to the  resolution centre

Does the transaction SHOW in your paypal account activity?
