I have an issue with Paypal that I tried to resolve, but they just closed the case that I officially opened and gave me no refund. Do you have any suggestions ?
This is what happened:
I paid my Airbnb stay for this summer and choose preferred payment to be my Visa credit card.
Paypal without my consent tried to charge my bank account (that is secondary payment type not prefered !!)
Because on my account were no funds (of course 1 day before paycheck 🙂 )and transaction was unsuccessful bank charged me 4.5 eur for written notice about unsuccessful transaction.
Of course I opened case on Paypal and demanded to have 4.5 eur returned by Paypal and this cheap mfs closed it with this notice: "We've completed our review of your unauthorised activity case PP-I-13607515, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use. "
Is there anything more I can do, it really makes me furious that they do whatever they want.
