My account was hacked and the person purchased a Nintendo switch for £197.98. I have the paypal app and it says on an email that the person changed the settings on phone safari. Why would I change my settings and make a purchase on phone safari if I have the paypal app? I made a dispute and it got declined. I called up to reopen it and It got declined again. I don't know what else to do Please help. I am a student and I cannot afford to be losing money to fraud.
