I have been using PayPal for a long time, and I have never had anything to dispute.
Last week, I had a closer look at my account and came across two charges that I could not identify.
I decided to file a dispute with PayPal. After a couple of days, PayPal closed the case with:
Thank you for reporting this case. After reviewing your case, we found that the reported transactions were not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection.
OK, PayPal - this *bleep*. At least provide me with some information on why the transactions were not unauthorised.
I guess my next step is to ask my bank for a chargeback.
Has anyone else had such an issue?

Reach out to customer service and request a deeper review by a human. If it’s still denied, do a chargeback.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
