I have received an email from PayPal saying that I have placed an Order on Flannels for 399.99 GBP and that the order is still unclaimed and the payments will be released once the seller accepts the order. However, I have not placed any such order on ANY website and don't recognise the amount or the transaction. I'm unable to see the transaction in my PayPal activity either. Please help with how to cancel the money from being deducted.
