I am totally confused.. Paypal sent me an sms, it asked if I authorise a certain transaction, I typed back "2" for no, it was a fraudster on ebay that used my paypal to pay for something - a few hours later the money was still debited from my bank account
What is the point of asking me if it authorised, if the money is taken out anyway ??? I disputed it but now it says the seller has 7 days to talk with Paypal about it - talk about what? I didn't authorise the transaction.. it is that simple
I had $3.00 in my bank account.. the transaction was for over $100.00 - I am now in debit on my account and will be charged $15.00 because of this
