Unauthorised Payments and Paypal Declined My Refund

So I get 3 emails today, saying someone has logged into my "Nintendo" account, and as soon as I have read those, I get 4 more emails from PayPal "Receipt for Your Payment to Nintendo"
I disputed these payments to PayPal as it's over £150 worth, and PayPal straight up declined my claim, I don't understand why they would decline this?
Even on the transactions on PayPal it says its Nintendo.JP - They didn't even contact me considering I said I had evidence of my Nintendo Account being logged in from elsewhere (from Nintendo) they just declined it. This is absolutely terrible on PayPal's part.

Please contact customer service to have them review the transactions again for a closer look:
Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
