I Have a small, but unauthorised transaction on my credit card with paypal included. It is for a netflix account that I don't have. there is no transaction in my paypal account which makes it impossible to report to paypal on their system. I tried ringing, but after several robot questions paypal hung up. I'm looking for help to actually contact paypal. I seems that unless you have a transaction, you can't resolve a problem and I do not have a transaction on my paypal account. Any suggestions are wlcome.
