Unable to widraw available funds

Please help, my funds are already available but still I cannot widraw the funds, these were services rendered and the payments were completed. What to do?

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

You also haven't bothered to say what funding source you are trying to withdraw to.

Sadly we can't just guess.
