My account has been blocked and I have not been advised why. I have tried using the message centre and no one has come back to me and tried calling and not getting through to anyone. Can someone contact me.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
