Unable to upgrade information in Dispute Resolution
I have a current dispute on Transaction ID: 1FF873180T9036233. It was flagged as not having been received. Today a parcel arrived, but it is not what I ordered and paid for. Instead of the 1400 plus piece model with fully functioning suspension, what arrived is a 246 piece baby's toy that is worth a fraction of what I paid, and is of no use to me whatsoever as what I ordered was to be a Christmas gift for my 12 year old son. It is patently clear that this supplier is a criminal sending rubbish instead of the product ordered. As it is not what I ordered, it is not as described, it had no packing, so the box is flattened, I want a full refund and I will return the rubbish they sent. Unfortunately, the Dispute resolution centre does not appear to let me add information to it.
