I set up my account years ago and only returned recently. I have over $1200 in the account.
Unfortunately Paypal has limited my account, disabled withdrawals or payments.
They want me to re-confirm my identity, but I have since moved overseas, and am no longer able to go through their automated system. (asks for things like current AU address and whatnot)
They aren't accepting phone calls here in Australia, and aren't accepting chats via their built in help messenger either. Basically, they have frozen my account, keeping my funds within their system, and have removed all recourse to resolve it with the help of a human, which I need in order to resolve it.
I feel like Paypal has robbed me of $1200. Do you guys have any ideas of how to resolve the issue? More or less I just need to get in contact with a human in order to resolve my unique situation, but they seem to have purposefully removed my ability to do so.
