Unable to send out an unauthorized payment report through the resolution centre

Every time I select the option of reporting for unauthorized payment my page is stuck loading forever, however when I select the other options they work fine.

I'm sorry to hear that there has been unauthorized activity in your account. If our system is not letting your dispute the unauthorised payment, I would recommend trying from another browser. You can also try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
