Trying to respond to an open claim. Every time I hit submit it says something happened on their end and my message doesn’t stick to the thread and get submitted and show up for me, whether it actually shows up for them or not I don’t know. Obviously can’t call or do anything else as they’re closed cause of this virus. Anyone have any similar experiences and what you did to solve it or know anything that’s going on?
