Unable to respond on PayPal Resolution Centre

Ive been asked to provide further information to PayPal Resolution Centre about my ongoing dispute but every time I've sent the response I get "Something went wrong return to Resolution Centre and try again", I have tried over a dozen times today at various times throughout the day to provide the information and got the same reply. I only have a limited time frame to respond.

Is anyone else having trouble doing this today? I haven't had any trouble doing it previously.
