Hello, I recently started this account and am working to get it verified, but I have a problem with the proof of address. It asks for a utility bill, yet the utility bill does not come in my name. I live with my grandparents right now and everything in that regard comes in their name. Will that be an issue, should I contact Paypal support directly about this? and most importantly, will having a limited account limit my ability to use the cash card? In the resolution center it says the only thing I cannot do is close my account. As long as I'm able to add money to my account and make purchases online using the card, I'm perfectly fine.
