Unable to remove account limitations despite providing all information

Hello all,

We are in need of urgent help, as we are a non-profit unable to receive donations due to account limitations. We have provided all information, added our bank account and debit card, and we still have the same issue. We keep doing the same thing to resolve the limited account and nothing changes. The resolution center hasn't been of much help. Can anyone please guide us as to what to do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
