I have been trying without success to fill in the information required by The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
(Apparently just looking up my info on the Companies House websire is beyond PayPal/US Govt.)

PayPal's web interface for entering my "Beneficial Owner" information is failing.
I tried reporting this previously to PayPal - but all I got back was a TOTALLY USELESS stock answer email with no option to further correspond !!
(Why provide an online contact service if further online communication is not possible?)

Every time I try entering my "Beneficial Owner" information, I get a window with the following text:-
Something seems to have gone wrong
We're experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later.

Does anyone have a solution?

Is it possible to discuss the matter online with PayPal and NOT have to phone them?
(I hate phone support because there is never any written record / proof of what was said)
