Hi community,
This morning while listing an item on ebay I got an email from PayPal that my account got limited and I can't use it anymore.
It's the first time I created account with PayPal and ebay and not sure why I got this limitation. I researched about it and found that many people face the same issue when their identity is stolen online.
I tried reaching the Paypal and eBay about it.
Ebay says contact paypal and I am having hard time/trouble reaching PayPal support.
Anyone have any suggestions for me? How can I fix it?.
It will be great if the community can help me resolving this.
